Abstract

Human needs increase along with the development of technology that will spur energy consumption, this can not be fixed with the ability of PLN to provide that energy. For electrical power outages the tool needs to replace the primary power semic while with an UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) device. This tool is on the same crow as the generator for the purpose of supply of electrical energy from PLN. To make this tool required transformer of CT as lowering of voltage then rectifier 2 diode as wave converter from AC to DC then 12v 3AH battery as place of storage of power and supply from PLN then transistor TIP 127 and BC548 as current amplifier from battery to output and level of battery control . Based on the test results the UPS circuit can output the proper output voltage is 12v, 9v, 5v.
