| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the value of revenue from leasing the golf course in Puri Indah Golf and Resort during the months of January to March, 2014 and determine the achievement of a golf course rental income in January-March 2014. Writer using the method of data collection with the documentation and interview techniques directly with the finance managers and auditors to limit the income data is only of data and revenue targets. This research was conducted with Descriptive Analysis method. Authors draw conclusions from these results that the actual revenue from leasing the golf course that happens has reached the target in January, while February and March, the company's revenue did not reach the target set. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstrak | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai realisasi pendapatan dari penyewaan lapangan golf di Indah Puri Golf dan Resort selama bulan Januari - Maret 2014 dan mengetahui pencapaian target pendapatan penyewaan lapangan golf pada bulan Januari - Maret 2014. Penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan manajer keuangan dan pihak income auditor dengan batasan data hanya data target dan realisasi pendapatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Analisis Deskriptif. Penulis menarik kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa realisasi pendapatan dari penyewaan lapangan golf yang terjadi telah mencapai target pada bulan Januari, sedangkan bulan Februari dan Maret, pendapatan perusahaan tidak mencapai target yang ditetapkan. | en_US |
