Media Training RoHS Di Pt Sanyo Energy Batam

Abstract

Training RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) is a training for a briefing on the restriction of use of hazardous materials element 6 (six hazardous Materials). Training is very important for employees in particular to know the dangers contained in the materials in the company. If the employee can know the importance of knowledge about RoHS, then the employee can avoid or guard against the dangers arising for himself and others. Given that the company PT Sanyo Energy Batam, the computer is one of the most dominant tool used to complete a job, training tools, and many other things. Therefore it has developed a desktop based training media to be used in understanding the 6 elements that are restricted and their explanations and questions, so that employees can more easily understand and comprehend about RoHS. Test results in 5% of employees of PT Sanyo Energy Batam show media training is approved for use. Aspects assessed were visual, ease and intellect.
