Perancangan Aplikasi Personalia Sederhana Berbasis Microsoft Access 2007 di PT Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam

Abstract

PT Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam (SEMB) already has its own program to store employee data, but the application does not provide the information needed for daily administration work of the human resources department. Therefore, this research aims to design a simple database of personnel at PT Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam using Microsoft Access 2007. The method used in this research is descriptive method to describe the steps to create a database application based on the human resources department. Personnel database design activities for PT Schneider uses two tables, ie table employee data and the completeness of the contents of the table P-File. Queries used in this database are: query End Date, Ending Uniform query, query the Old Joint, Total Uniform query, query Tray, query Month Uniform Requirements, Uniform Requirements query. The resulting report is a report employee data and reports Uniform Needs.
