Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Varians Bahan Baku Pada PT. Profab Indonesia

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the factors that affect the raw material variance in PT Profab Indonesia order variances of raw material does not occur in the future. This research is qualitative descriptive analysis, data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the factors that influence the variance in raw material prices and raw material usage variances due to changes in product spesifications and productions processes that are less than perfect due to an error in the process while the variance in raw material prices due to fluctuations in the price which it is external factors. This study suggests that companies need to find the cause of variances that occur in the future and can create the perfect solution for raw material variance does not occur in completing a project so that the company does not lose big.
