Abstract
This study aims to omprove the basic salary structure of a company based on the
results of analysis and evaluation of positions. Factors and sub factor that build a
certain position is obtained from the analysis of position by using point system
method, the weight of importance of each factor and sub factor can be determined.
The point system method is used in job evaluation to determine the relative value of
positions in the basic salary structure. Payroll system in PT NOK Precision
Component Batam used as object in this research.
