| dc.description.abstract | This Final Project discusses about the procedure of storing and managing the tax archive especially on proof of payment and tax reporting at ABC Tax Consultant Office. The background of this writing is many of clients making a lot of documents produced while the company does not have a good procedure related to archive system. The purpose of this research is to find solutions from the problems happened in the company related archive system that has not been effective and efficient. This research uses descriptive analysis method qualitatively. The results of this research that the company should make Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to the tax archive system and provide a larger space room for documents not to be scattered, not lost and easy to rediscover. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstrak | Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang prosedur penyimpanan dan pengelolaan arsip pajak khususnya pada bukti pembayaran dan pelaporan pajak pada Kantor Konsultan Pajak ABC. Latar belakang penulisan ini adalah banyaknya jumlah klien membuat banyak dokumen yang dihasilkan sedangkan perusahaan belum memiliki prosedur yang jelas terkait sistem pengarsipannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencari solusi untuk masalah yang terjadi diperusahaan terkait sistem pengarsipan yang belum efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan sebaiknya perusahaan membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terkait sistem pengarsipan dokumen pajak dan menyediakan ruangan yang lebih besar agar dokumen tidak tercecer, tidak hilang dan mudah untuk ditemukan kembali. | en_US |
