Pengaruh Financial Self-Efficacy Terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan Individu

Abstract

Each individual has different behaviors in managing their finances. Many factors affect this, one of self-efficacy. This study aims to examine the effect of financial self-efficacy on individual financial management behavior. The population in this research is Civil Servant. Researchers distributed questionnaires to all Civil Servants who work in Kantor Bersama Batam Center with a final total of respondents was 224. This study uses a simple regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables of financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior. The results of this research shows that financial self-efficacy positively and significant effect on financial management behavior. Subsequent studies should use more respondents and do not limit the type of work of the respondents.
