Abstract

Real Estate and Developer build a housing to give a chance for people who have not had the feasible and comforotable house. PT Putera Tangkas is a developer company which offers the house payment system by cash or credit. The purpose of this research is to know payment installment. The research that was written by the writer is a kind of field research. The writer used the method of descriptive analysis to analyze this papers. The result of the analysis can be delivered that there are three ways of the process of house purchase at PT Putera Tangkas, those are Hard Cash, Cash Installment, and KPR.
