Pengaruh Motivasi Mahasiswa dan Kebutuhan akan Prestasi Terhadap Efektifitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewirausahaan

Abstract

The most important elements of education is the formation of a progression inones. The desire to get an education is the part that shows the attitude of wanting to go forward and would like to get an appreciation of what has been achieved. This research aims to find out whether there is influence between student motivation towards learning the entrepreneurial education effectiveness and whether there is influence between the needs for achievement against the effectivevness of educational entrepreneurship learning. This research using simple regression analysis. The population in the analysis include students and student majoring in business management with courses in accounting and managerial accounting final semester in Batam State Polytechnic. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, the number of samples with the designation refers to Roscoe. On the basis of the explanation of the above population, then the selected samples in this research is as muchas 50 respondents. Engineering data collection using the dissemination of the questionnaire. The test results showed that the students ' motivation and need for achievement effect on the effectiveness of educational entrepreneurship learning. These results in indicate that studens/student who get motivation and want the accomplishment it will become more active in studying education.
