Prosedur Persediaan Spare Part Pada PT Agung Toyota

Abstract

This final project discousses about spare part inventory procedure at PT Agung Toyota Sekupang. This final project aims to know the implementation of spare part inventory procedures based on operational standards of existing procedures especially in the warehouse supply of spare parts. This final project use a descriptive analytic method obtaining data from the company that is document part order sheet and through interview. Analytical technique used is to compare employee activity with SOP at PT Agung Toyota Sekupang. The results of research indicate that the SOP has been executed, but in implementation there are still shortcomings such as ordering goods not in accordance with the needs the result in frequent vacancy of goods. The emptiness of goods is due to the sequencing still using the estimated amount of goods to be purchased.
