| dc.description.abstrak | IT Department usually responsible for handling requests related to asset use for employees such as computers. This process is still running manually where the employee fills out the computer request form. Then this request will go through the approval process, afterward the request will go through the process in the IT department to prepare the requested device along with other matters. Subsequently, the computer will be delivered by IT department employee by bringing the handover form (IT Hardware Acknowledgment) that must be signed by the employee who will use the computer and the IT department employee in charge of delivering the computer. With a large number of requests, this process is considered as an act of paper wastation which is contrary to the paperless policies issued by the company. In addition, the request progress cannot be known directly at any time. Therefore, a Web-Based Request Information System is developed to facilitate the computer request process. In addition, this system will facilitate the tracking process with a status of the request. This system will be developed on a web platform with the PHP CI framework and MySQL database with a development methods of prototyping. | en_US |
