| dc.description.abstract | The rise of web development technologies in various websites and social media make people free to express or write opinions and reviews there. It has become a common practice for people to see opinions or public review before deciding to buy a product or service on a commercial websites such as on amazon.com goods and services, but there is no quality control on an opinion or a review because that freedoms. Related trustworthy or not an opinion or a review, the review can not be trusted to be spam. One form of spam is duplicate spam review. This review spam detection application detects spam duplicate review by a review of research on spam duplicates on amazon.com. to help establish a model for further spam detection using the features available on the review. The spam detection is also done to avoid acts of 'misleading' will review that can not be trusted by reader and automatic opinion mining system. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstrak | Maraknya perkembangan teknologi web diberbagai situs dan media sosial membuat orang bebas berekspresi menulis opini dan review di dalamnya. Sudah menjadi praktik umum bagi orang-orang untuk melihat opini atau review publik sebelum memutuskan membeli suatu barang atau jasa pada situs web komersil salah satunya seperti barang dan jasa di amazon.com, namun tidak ada kontrol kualitas atas suatu opini atau review karena kebebasan tersebut. Terkait dapat dipercaya atau tidaknya suatu opini atau review tersebut, review yang tidak dapat dipercaya merupakan spam. Salah satu bentuk spam yang yaitu review spam duplikat. Aplikasi deteksi review spam ini mendeteksi review spam duplikat berdasarkan penelitian mengenai review spam duplikat pada amazon.com. untuk membantu pembentukkan model untuk deteksi spam lebih lanjut menggunakan fitur-fitur yang ada pada review. Deteksi spam tersebut dilakukan juga untuk menghindari tindak ‘menyesatkan’ akan review yang tidak dapat dipercaya pada pembaca dan sistem penggalian opini otomatis. | en_US |
