HMI Menggunakan Touchscreen pada Mesin Paste System Pt. Philips Industries Batam

Abstract

Automated system is an alternative that is inevitable to obtain a working system that is efficient and effective. To ensure only the system can be used PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface). One application of PLC and HMI is in the process control machinery in the industrial world, intended to facilitate the implementation of operational systems machines, especially in setting up, troubleshooting when problems occur and make it easier to upgrade the process control system in the future. Pasting machine system is the application of paste filling machine on the soleplate (ironing) in PT.Philips Indutries Batam. PLC serves as the controller while the HMI as a monitoring system to see the machine working and reads a data output per hour of production, and facilitate finding a data error on the display the alarm list. The process of pasting machine system, namely soleplate is placed on a jig then rotate the cylinder rotary table and cylinder jig jig raise the soleplate then paste the contents with the help of a robot, in one cycle of this machine can process 5 pcs soleplate at once.
