Abstract

This study aims to determine financial performance of Da Vienna Boutique Hotel based on liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and profitability ratio. Liquidity ratio is the ratio that describes the company’s ability to meet short-term liabilities. Solvency ratio is the ratio that describes the company’s ability to meet all obligations of short-term liabilities and long-term liabilities. Profitability ratio is the ratio that measures the company’s ability to generate profit. The object of research is Financial Statements of Income and Balance Sheet period 2015 and 2016. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques. The method of analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis method. The results obtained from this study is the company’s financial performance based on liquidity ratio and profitability ratio in a healthy state, while based on solvency ratio in a state of unhealthy.
