Learning achievement of the students affected various factors that influence these factors one of which is of many kinds of learning. Instructional media used when prises learning. A media that can help learning about electronics components, namely resistor, inductor, and

capasitor. A media call name is Trainer R-L-C. Making this Trainer R- L-C need ingredients like box size 30x40, banana socket, pcb board, and

some components of electro like (resistor, capasitor, diode, lowering the voltage regulator, and IC NE555). From observations made on experiemental tool RLC NE555, it can be conclude that the greater the voltage in use, the greater the frequency generated. Calculations produced by the oscilloscope is not much different from the manual calculation, but more precise and easier if you use an osilloscope.
