E-Village can solve the problem, E-Village is a web-based application that can manage demographic data as well as providing administrative services such as creating a rural population of Death Certificate, Birth Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Certificate of Business and Certificate of others. Besides E-Village also provides registration services to request identity cards, family cards and birth certificates so that helps the speed and quality of rural services. In this report on the method of analysis described the design of program developed by the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Testing methods in the process of testing the system using the method Blackbox Testing researchers.

E-application development in the village woke up with some tools such as programming languages PHP, CSS and MySQL database addressable pembangnan. Then it can be concluded that the contribution of the E-Village system can maximize the management of administrative data on population including the manufacture of various kinds of certificate.
