Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Rumah dengan Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)

Abstract

House is one of the most basic needs of human life. Along with growth of population, house as basic of human needs increase. There’s many ways that people doing to fulfill these needs, such as, by building their own, buy from others, or buy a home in a housing. However, owning a house is not easy. Especially the cost that always increasing, many people who have difficulty for obtaining home. Especially people which the lower economic class . So people are very selective in buying a home. It can be anticipated with the advancement of technology, through the process of making a decision support system (DSS) house’s selection. The application of the DSS is used to analyze the program based on input data relating to the desired home where it can be determined whether a buyer is more concerned with certain criteria. In this system consists of 5 criteria including the interests of land area, building area, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and the price. Results of research in the form of an application to assist homebuyers in determining the ideal home suggested by the system.
