Abstract
In principle, the half wave rectifiers and full wave rectifiers of
three phase consist of a single phase transformer connected wye on the
primary and secondary sides, diodes, and capacitors. This circuit serves to
convert alternating voltage (AC) into direct voltage (DC). In this Last Project,
the rectifier trainer made uncontrolled half wave and three phase full wave.
The input voltage source used in this trainer is a three-phase voltage of 380 V,
which is then downgraded to 20.7 V using a transformer. The measured load
results from half wave and full wave rectifiers produce different output
voltages, as for the full wave at load R is 19.848 V, at load L is 14.886 V, and
at load C is 13.232 V. While at half-wave load R produce output voltage equal
to 8,632 V, at load L yield 8,881 V, and at load C equal to 5,419 V.
