Currently the utilization of computer network in an audio or video is growing. Technology developments also promote a progress in a computer network utilization. One way from the utilization of computer network is building an IPTV system that is usefull to the user in the same network. But there is a problem for building an IPTV system , How to build a computer server and distribute system to the client, and how about the quality. So for that reason , this final project contains an analysis and design to build an IPTV system and how to distribute the data to the user, also there is a calculation about QoS in delay, throughput, packet loss parameter.

Aplikasi Kunjungan Kehamilan Berbasis Android

The problem that cause the death of a baby is lack of information about pregnancy health and awareness of pregnant women to exercise control to the doctor or midwife. This application is designed to facilitate pregnant women to obtain information and to control the prenatal visit. This application can display patient's visits schedule and displays a patient's health information. Application also have menu to register the queue online, shows the number of patients queuing and queue runs. The application is developed using Java programming language with Eclipse emulator, Android OS, the PHP programming language and MySQL database and object- oriented programming concepts.

This hospital is one of Regional public hospital that managed by Batam Government. Embung Fatimah Regional Public Hospital was built in location area around 38,000 m2 and building area around 11,392 m2. The area location of hospital is very adequate to develop the hospital and to improving service in the hospital. Along the hospital has many various service to patient and it has many specialist doctor, So the Minister of Health of Republic Indonesia decide to change hospital class of Embung Fatimah Regional Public Hospital to be Class B from C. This decision stamped on the Minister of Health of Republic Indonesia decision No : Hk.02.03/I/0154/2013 at 21 January 2013. However this Hospital is not has yet some characteristic to describe its identity. Whereas, this Hospital has some excellence, such as its service. Need a Logo and corporate identity to Introducing and describing the identity of Embung Fatimah General Public Hospital. So, people will be easy to know the identity of this Hospital using visual view.

Health services especially for midwife is very important. During this time to managing of patient‟s data, patient‟s data schedule, and also the results of patients check up are still recorded in handwriting, making it less efficient and hassle. Information technology that currently very popular and used effectively by many people today is the website. With use the web programming and database system integrated with SMS, users can perform data management effectively and efficiently. In this project designed an applications prenatal visit and notification for schedule visit through a web-based SMS. The goal project can make for the facilitate midwives in managing pregnancy visit. With the implementation of this application, the midwife can perform prenatal visit with efficient management, and can provide information visit schedule in the form SMS to the mobile number of each patient, and remind patients about schedule visit.

National exam is a graduation requirement for students to continue to the university. Many ways have been done by school to prepare the students, one of the example is tryout. Manual tryout, is a good thing with filling answers or correction. Because of it the writer suggest to use an application named E – Tryout For Vocational School Majoring in Technical Computer Network so that we hope it could make the students easier even the schools to practicing the students ability to answer the national exam ‘s questions. This application is made by using HTML, PHP and Mysql database. The features of this application is build tobe able to manage the data of questions, students’ data and the score data along with showing the question and giving the correction of correct answer of the tryout.

Network known as the Internet are constantly being electronic messages, including e-mail, file transmission and two-way communication between individuals or computers. Based on this, the final project will be made web-based application called E- Psychologist Consultant (Application Consulting Child psychology). This application is an application consultation for parents who want to know information about the issues surrounding child psychology and consult with consultant psychologist (psychologist consultant) online. As well as the application is expected to help the people in consultation with ease.

One of superior services of Android Smart Phone is integrated GPS that can be utilized for a variety of tracking applications. Tracking applications that available today mostly require an internet connection to do location sharing. Mobile GPS Tracking designed to do location sharing using SMS services that more commonly available than Internet services. With two application that act as sender and receiver, Mobile GPS Tracking has two main functions, function to track location using GPS Satellite on the sender and function to display and drip maps by using Google Maps on the receiver. This application based on mobile Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform and using Google API version 10 to access Google Maps. Developed with Eclipse Integrated Development Environment that integrated with Android Software Development Kit.

Currently the criminal world no longer sees any person to serve as a victim. Because the police are requested to be optimized to protect the public. One of the cases that should be handled by the police are handling the case of public complaints. However, the performance of these services is not maximized, because the people who report to come to the nearest police station, besides any problems still perform the management of the data manually, ie by noting the reporting biographical data and problems reported by the public must be clear and acceptable to the police. Therefore, the public complaints system that is based on mobile web can assist the public in bringing the matter to the police without coming to a service station nearest police station. Simply by using their mobile which is connected to the internet, people have been complaining of the problem to the patron. The system also can see the info list of missing persons and vehicles, and also the system can receive a reply from the side of the police on the complaint filed.

Batam Polytechnic has many student organizations. Every organization has a long-term work program, as well as short term. The work program is carried on one of them by organizing events such as seminars and workshops. Currently the show is done with the procurement manual process from filing borang space, registration, and printing the report period. This resulted in the management process requires considerable time and less efficient in terms of the use of paper so that the archived data becomes accumulate. Therefore, the presence of "Event Handling System UKM (ORMAWA) in Batam Polytechnic Based Web" can handle the submission process borang space, confirmation of the event, the addition of a list of events, registration of participants, and also print the report period. The system is built is intended for staff and also Staff BMN Batam Polytechnic, because the right to manage every submission events in Batam Polytechnic is BMN staff. In addition, the system is also intended for any UKM who will hold the event.

In this thesis, will be made a talk show program on the hot topics of the surrounding students, faculty, campus management and other related around campus. This event was created to meet a need to improve information for students on campus. In order to provide an understanding for the concept of Camp_Us student is presented in the form of delay or edit events, talk show aims to attract the attention of students. Because if this show does not attract the attention of students, of course this will make students reluctant to watch this show. In the production process of a talk show, a director requires a cameraman who is responsible for all technical aspects of recording images. Cameraman has a very important role in the smooth running and success of a program. A cameraman must ensure that there are no errors did when he took the picture. He must ensure that he took a sharp image (focus), the composition of the image (framing) the right, setting the sound level or the appropriate level, color image corresponding to the original color (natural) and he had to get a picture (photo) is best. Talkshow program is expected to be a benchmark for the development of broadcasting in the campus, especially for multimedia learning, which can better understand the role of a cameraman.
