Abstract
Currently the criminal world no longer sees any person to serve as a victim. Because the
police are requested to be optimized to protect the public. One of the cases that should be
handled by the police are handling the case of public complaints. However, the
performance of these services is not maximized, because the people who report to come to
the nearest police station, besides any problems still perform the management of the data
manually, ie by noting the reporting biographical data and problems reported by the public
must be clear and acceptable to the police.
Therefore, the public complaints system that is based on mobile web can assist the public
in bringing the matter to the police without coming to a service station nearest police
station. Simply by using their mobile which is connected to the internet, people have been
complaining of the problem to the patron. The system also can see the info list of missing
persons and vehicles, and also the system can receive a reply from the side of the police on
the complaint filed.
