F; Hasnira, HasniraSecurity factor on electricity installation is the main consideration, because of function to prevent the damage on electronic devices caused by short-circuit and leakage current. In general this circumstance used MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) and ELCB (Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker) which assembled in house installation system. This research aims to created installation protection system with ELCB 3 Ampere. This system used current sensor to read the current that is passed by phase and neutral, TRIAC serve as switch to cut off and connect the current from load. Microcontroller serve as trigger gate from TRIAC based on input data from current and voltage sensor. Of the test result if current flowed over 3 Ampere, TRIAC switch will cut off.Item Boost Converter pada Elektronika Daya(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-02-27) Marpaung, Agus Samuel; Juwito, Arif FTo facilitate students in understanding the working principle of the boost converter, then a trainer kit can be used as a practical tool in the learning module. This scheme aims to generate value for the output voltage higher than the input voltage. To be able to produce higher output value is used PWM as an input for controlling duty cycle, where the duty cycle is proportional to the output voltage. So that when the experiments were performed at 100% duty cycle produces an output voltage of 11,6 V, duty cycle than when the experiment is still at 20% Ton < Toff with the result of the output voltage of 2,2 V.Item Trainer Penyearah Terkendali Satu Fasa(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-02-24) Oktoriansyah, Faizal; Hasnira, Hasnira; Gozali, M SyafeiThe rectifier is an electronic circuit that converts alternating current into direct current. There are some circuit or component that will be used for example triac, SCR or diode. Therefore, the creation of this controlled rectifier trainer is needed to perform student pratikum and to save time in doing pratikum. Making this rectifier trainer aims to avoid or reduce usage by using projectboard and also can be as safety, and can minimize the existence of damage to component when arranging a series. When making the trainer, there is a method of making controlled rectifier circuit, one of which is the authors choose by using PWM method that can trigger the foot gate on SCR, PWM method in use that is using Arduino. Arduino can produce output that can be set with the program. By adjusting the angle of ignition will be easier to get the desired waveform, so that students who will perform pratikum will set the angle of ignition that has been specified.
