    The problem often faced by job seekers is difficult to get information about vacancies. The sites still can not cover to the job seekers in providing information. This application is designed to facilitate job seekers in getting the job vacancy information available to him quickly and make it easier to validate a job. The application is developed using Java programming language with Eclipse emulator, Android OS, the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and object-oriented programming concepts.

    At this time, the benefits of computer networks has been very much felt. Especially in fast- paced world of communications, the network computer is often a vital role in the activities of such rapid distribution of information. All of the components incorporated in the computer network must be able to support each other to produce a robust and reliable system to serve each request the information needed by the user. Many benefits in the application of computer networks is still not optimized in Politeknik Negeri Batam education, especially in Politeknik Negeri Batam hostel. At this final project will be designed a web-based information system that helps residents and recording data in an optimal room demand, as well as delays in the payment of boarding information. The design is done by design or designing an information system in accordance with those requirements. After that make components that will be needed. By using the MySQL database hosts the data will be stored, this information system created using PHP programming language, as well as delays in providing information using the SMS boarding fees.

    These days there are many formal or informal institutions wich use elearning as their learning and teaching method. Elearning is long distance learning method wich use computer and computer network as it resources. These allow students and teachers enable to learn or teach in everywhere even at their home. But, does elearning could be effective to serve the lesson to the students? As we know it together, most of elearning still use text or e-book to serve the lessons, it may could be bored somehow. That’s way we are developing multimedia elearning. technically multimedia elearning as same as regular elearning. The difference is multimedia eleraning contain text, sound, picture, flash even video chatting. We make it as interactive as possible to serve the lessons.

    Pnb framework is object oriented PHP framework that implements a design pattern Model-View-Controller (MVC), which aims to separate the business logic from user interface considerations that developers can more easily change each part without affecting the other. This Pnb framework can facilitate Batam Polytechnic to undertake the development of its web-based applications such as e-learning and simpol that always changes the dynamic for the advancement of education and educational facilities because it has the ability to maximum reusability in web programming. This Pnb framework has very light and has a great ability caching mechanism so it is suitable for developing applications with high traffic. This Pnb framework was seriously created for the development of web applications that have more capability in terms of efficiency, feature richness and clarity of documentation also has a faster performance because it uses lazy loading extensively technique. For example, do not include the file class until the class is used for the first time, and also does not create the object until the object is accessed for the first time.

    The library is one of the most important facilities expecially at schools or college environment. The freshness and speed of service certainly very necessary. This research takes a case study at Batam Polytechnic Library where the service system has been quite good by using a client server system, however this system not integrated yet with android smartphone. This Book Loan System Application at Batam Polytechnic Library Based on Android Platform almost equal as library applications in general but has an improvement to be able to communicate with android smartphone. This application was built using a client-server system. Server Application is built using web based which is used by admin and librarian for library application need. Client Application is in the form of mobile android application installed on android smartphone belonging to student with the main function to see the list of books, order the books, extending borrowing books, and see the rest of the time borrowing books and the cost penalty of books that have not been returned. This client application is built with the help of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and using the framework phonegap to convert applications into mobile android form, while server application built with the framework YII2 to create web-based applications.

    Division beach in Batam Island there are about 18 beaches spread across several districts. Lack of information or the name and the way to the beach led to a community difficulty determining the location of the beach. Therefore, we need an application that is able to handle it. Coastal Mapping Application is an application-based mobile phone (Android) Simple accessible by users as a means of mapping information automatically to show the location of the beach with the user's location at the time, making it easier for users when they want a vacation to the beach that you want to go. Applications built reach mapping automatically and display them in the form of maps and information about the beach that you want to go by the user later. The method used is to connect the user's location with a beachfront location in a map with the service location based services. The application can be run with an internet connection. Coastal mapping application that has been built capable of mapping the coast to know the location, route, mileage, beach information such as facilities, prices etc., and the travel time to the location of the beach into the android platform.

    Information relating to hotels or lodging information is needed for potential tourists. Lodging in batam have information that is static and difficult if you want to update the information, where it can be difficult for potential tourists to get information every hotel in Batam. With this application easier for potential tourists to get the latest information about the hotel that you want to rent. This application will display the latest info about the hotel in Batam along with complete details about the hotel so it can be a reference to choose which one is right for hotels in rent by tourists. This application is made by utilizing web technologies include HTML, CSS, Javascript, and using the PhoneGap framework for web application bundles to form a native application. This application works on the client side, namely mobile android that works with methods of parsing the data from the server to the client.
