    State Elementary School 002 Tembesi is one of the first elementary school in Batam. However there still many data processing in this elementary school that’s still using convensional method. This research is made too build an information system that can made checking student grade report more easier. This application have feature input and sharing student grade report, absen report and announcement from school. Because with web-based make the information can be access anywhere and any time where there is a divise that have access to internet. This application used by multiuser. Admin, teacher and parents can access the system. With this multiuser feature parents can be more active to monitor student progress in studing activity.

    In an inventory system that is not using the app would be very difficult if you want to find the data files associated with the supply of blood, the blood of the data, the data of the applicant, blood demand data. This will make the system run slow, the occurrence of errors due to wrong input of time and due to different data transfer with the results of the input. The purpose of this final report is to make the inventory information system, so as to produce an information quickly, precisely and accurately by using the programs used are Adobe Dreamweaver and MySQL as the database. The research method I use in data collection included field studies, and literature study. Where the authors conducted a field study observations and interviews directly on the object, while the literature study conducted by the research literature relevant to the problem. By using the proposed application of the blood supply, especially for blood demand, the incoming data is expected to be in accordance with the expected output, so that the mistakes that commonly occur can be minimized and the process is much faster. With the new computerized system, the information flow is expected to run faster so that efficiency and effectiveness can be achieved as much as possible.
