    This study aims to analyze the performance of state-owned banking companies with meganalisa financial statements through profitability ratios and liquidity ratios. This study uses data collection methods and secondary data that is in the form of financial statements obtained on the stock exchange. The results suggest that for the company to know the development and also the weaknesses of activities in improving an employee's performance. From the results of this study can be said that the company in the analysis has been good in terms of its performance and every year profit generated an increase although not significant.

    Analisis Komparasi Nilai Perusahaan yang Bersertifikasi Iso dan Non Iso 14001 pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia

    This study aimed to compare the company's financial ratios which are ISO 14001 certified company and non ISO 14001 certified company. The sample in this study amounted to 42 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. This study calculates financial ratios with EVA and MVA. Different test using Independent Samples t test. The results of this study indicate that the ISO certification does not give effect to increase in financial statements, there is no difference between the financial ratios of companies ISO 14001 certified and non ISO 14001 certification.

    Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Ojek Online (Wakjek) di Kota Batam

    This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of their online service (Wakjek) in Batam city. Primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaires to consumers using Random Sampling techniques with the total sample as many as 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Consumer satisfaction against the dimensions of quality are described on the diagram of the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). IPA charts indicate that service dimension items scattered on the four quadrants, namely 15 items on A quadrant which is a top priority, 7 items in quadrant B that should be preserved, the next 7 items in quadrant C which is a low priority, as well as 12 items in quadrant D is an item that is considered less important. Research results exposed that the satisfaction of services provided by taxi online Wakjek has showed the good results it can be seen from the level of conformity that is indicated by the variable Y i.e. satisfaction service. On the attributes of the performance of the average value of the variable Y indicates the number of attributes exist while 4.77 hopes the average value of the variable Y shows numbers 3.62. This means that service satisfaction felt by customers of their online Wakjek have been able to meet the expectations of their customers online Wakjek itself but there are still some items that must be repaired.

    Analisis Filtering Noise Menggunakan Metode Statistik Mean, Median pada Objek Citra Malam Hari

    Image filtering is one part of image quality improvement, by smoothing and eliminating noise on the image, both linearly and non-linearly. The mean filter is one linear filtering that works by replacing the pixel value intensity with the average of the pixel value with its neighboring pixel values. While the median filter is one of the non-linear filtering that sort the intensity value of a pixel group, then replace the pixel value that is processed with its median value. This study studied noise reduction techniques using the mean and median filter method, to reduce the noise subsequently conducted in a trial of multiple color images with 30 previously selected image seals, Test image is given the noise of Salt & Pepper shaped like black spots and White on the image to reduce the noise is required method of noise filtering using median and mean filter. Then analyzed the performance qualitatively by comparing the image output filter, image bernoise and original image by naked eye. Quantitatively measured through PSNR, SNR and MSE values. Testing more in depth on the performance of this filter by finding the value of the difference between each value of PSNR, SNR and MSE and get good results. The difference is in the value of PSNR, SNR and MSE and the difference that has been obtained through filtering noise. It is concluded that good noise filtering using median filter method mean method is not good to be used in testing noise filtering on image.

    Analisis Akurasi Pergerakan Wajah dengan Penerapan Region of Interest

    The accuracy of facial movement in the facetracking application has the result of rotation 3D objects that different according to the distance between the face with the camera, which in this paper will be tested starting from face detection with the parameters of light intensity level, the distance of the camera with face and part on the face like eye, nose and mouth. Then test the face movement every 10cm will be do face movement starting from 30cm to 110cm. Face movement testing is done with the frontal face of the camera detected then the face will be moved to the left, right, up and down the results of the face movement will also be seen on the rotation value of 3D objects in the facetracking application where the value of the rotation of each distance of movement Different. In addition, every movement of the face to the left, right, up and down will also be measured how much distance can be obtained so that the face cannot be detected by the camera. From the analysis and testing done will get the result of the ideal distance to perform the facial movement that has a good movement accuracy.

    Analisis Perbandingan High Poly dan Low Poly pada Tahap Render Menggunakan Mental Ray pada Film Animasi 3D “Jati Diri Si Kacang”

    Along with the development of technology demands of companies to movie in 3D animation is very high. Where required to produce 3D animated movie, fast and produces very good quality. It required a high understanding of the concept in the stage production. A comparative analysis of high poly and low poly phase using the mental ray rendering the animated movie Jati Diri Si Kacang can be used as a reference for comparison to the production of 3D animated movie. As this comparison using a sample of 3D animated movie Jati Diri Si Kacang, which are modeling consists of two categories: modeling high poly and low poly. Testing is done by taking a few scenes from the 3D animated movie Jati Diri Si Kacang, where one scene more or less consists of five shot and one shot less than fifty frames. The test results will be using mental ray to render it so get a result that is used for the final comparison.

    Analisis Pengujian Aplikasi Augmented Reality untuk Promosi Perumahan Menggunakan Metode Hipotesis Statistik

    In today's housing promotion activities are often used as promotional media such as brochures, catalogs, pamphlets, etc. The media can only display a model home that is promoted in the form of a 2D image. With the augmented reality technology home models can be promoted directly visible in 3D. Which was made augmented reality applications. To determine these applications feasible and effective or not we perform testing and analysis. In testing the augmented reality application using hypothesis statistics method. In hypothesis statistics testing aims to decide whether to accept or reject the hypothesis. In testing the augmented reality application, there are two types of testing is test the feasibility and effectiveness testing. Of testing the feasibility of testing for 30 times and concluded that the application of augmented reality is fit for use because of the time required to display a 3D model of less than 15 second. And to test the effectiveness of the data obtained by 25 respondents. Of the 25 respondents stated that the effectiveness of the application of augmented reality more than 80%. After testing the hypothesis according to the procedure it could be concluded that the application can be used by the user without any difficulty and proved effective application of more than 80%.
