    Pengaruh Organization Life Cycle Terhadap Earnings Management Sebelum dan Sesudah IFRS

    This study aimed to examine the impact of organization life cycle on earnings management before and after IFRS. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2008-2016, except for 2012 with a total sample of 25 companies. In addition, the sample collection method used purposive sampling method and analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The proxy used to measure organization life cycle is retained earnings/total assets. Moreover, the proxy used for earnings management is to use modified jones models. The results showed that organization life cycle negatively affects earnings management before and after IFRS. Due to there is no significant change of rules between PSAK and IFRS. Futheremore, this study should have to add more variable like growth, ROA, and ROE, and also this study could be used as reference material and comparison for revised PSAK before and after IFRS to make the reader more understand about financial statements after IFRS and to facilitate investors in reading financial statements.

    Packet C (Paket C), is a school that the government mode to give an opportunities to students whit several reason, such as students who could not recive their formal high school education, but want to get a high school diploma. The teaching and learning process in this Packet C,students will come to certain school to get some subject matter. We created a system that will make the learning process of teaching an learning in the program paket C easier, namely the information system Paket C. Information system are a computer application used to support the operations of an organization. Paket C Information systems is a system designed to generate and obtain information to support the development of education in Indonesia, particulary in paket C Program. In this system, students will get many easiness in their learning process, because they didn’t have to come to school to get their subject matter and to do their assignments. The students will have to log in first to download and upload the subject matter and also their assaignments given by teachers online. So with this system in the learning process Packet C program, would be more practical and efficient.

    To keep the people requirement of service normally a hotel has a special section to serve the guest. It called Receptionist, but this section still working by the paper or document that can make the reservation hold up. To face the problem writer ask to build Room Reservation Information System by using CMS Wordpress and MySQL database. This system expected to become one of solution that can be use to make easier transaction both of check – in, check – out and process guest’s data, and to help the guest receive information about the hotel promo, service and schedule.

    MOBIK – Aplikasi Kuis Generator Berbasis Android

    Testing the ability of students to understand a course conducted by a lecturer is common practice in the teaching-learning process. And a quiz in a course is a teaching and learning routines that are often done to measure the level of understanding of students in the course being taught. In general quiz done by hand (using sheets of papers with the question sheets and the answer sheets), here teachers share questions, examine, assess and announce the results of the quiz to students manually. It is certainly time consuming stage of the process, and the effort made by lecturer and students. To overcome these problems, we try to make mobile applications a ‘computerized quiz’. Software process models used are: linear or sequential process models Waterfall. This model proposes an approach to software development systematic and sequential start of the level and progress of the system at all stages of analysis, design, code, and testing. The resulting software is MOBIK Application(=MOBIle+Kuis) which is a Client-Server based applications. MOBIK Client built with the Android system, using the Java programming language. Software IDE (Integrated Development Environment) which is used is “App Inventor”. While MOBIK Server built with Web systems using Apache, programming languages used are PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL as its database support. Testing of the software is done by blackbox methods. This application is expected to assist faculty in assessment quizzes, and report student performance based on the values obtained.

    Pengaruh Perception of Teamwork Terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif dengan Variabel Mediasi Group Support for Innovation dan Psychological Empowerment

    This study aimed to examine the influenced perception of teamwork on innovative work behavior through intervening variable group support for innovation & psychological empowerment. This study was used quantitative method with data analysis such us regression analysis and sobel test. The study was conducted using a questionnaire. The object of research is focused on employees of manufacturing companies in the area Batamindo Industrial Park Supervisor, Leader, Quality Assurance (QA), Planner, and Inspector with 105 sample respondents. Theresult showed that perception of teamwork influenced group support for innovation, group support for innovation influenced psychological empowerment, but psychological empowerment influenced innovative work behavior. By sobel test showed result that perception of teamwork influenced on innovative work behavior through intervening varibael group support for innovation & psychological empowerment, but the influenced of intervening variable is not perfect. The limitation of this study used questionnaire media and research objects are limited only to manufacturing companies in the area Batamindo Industrial Park. An implication got in this study hope can be used as an information for companies and organizations to design team-based work to encourage the emergence of innovative work behavior on employees. Future studies are expected to be able to add other variables that still connected, such as leadership, group vision, and etc.
