    Pengaruh Inovasi Produk Terhadap Minat Beli (Studi pada Starbucks Mobile Application)

    This research discusses the effect of product innovation towards purchase intention. Researcher will use exploratory research in advance to get insight and understanding about the research problem, and then the result from exploratory research will be used as inputs for conclusive research. This research applied quantitative approach and the sample for this research is 60 respondents. Multiple regression analysis has been used to process the data. The result of this research shows that from the three dimensions of product innovation, all three of them directly and positively affect purchase intention. Among those dimensions, behaviour change has the strongest link to affect purchase intention. Even though innovation attribute and adoption risk are not as strong as behaviour change, they still directly and positively affect purchase intention. This indicates that customers will be interested in using Starbucks Mobile Application if Starbucks offered a much more thorough feature in order to attract some behaviour change.

    Information technology is a set of tools that help people work with information and perform tasks related to information processing (Haag and Keen in Abdul Kadir and Terra Ch. Triwahyuni, 2003). Along with the rapid development of information technology makes information systems have an important role in performing tasks related to information in daily activities. One of the favored information technology and utilized effectively by many people is the use of the Internet. Internet as a global computer network has a function as a medium of information telecommunication, one of which is used as a medium of consulting in the field of health. It is supposed to be used in helping pregnant women to consult through information technology. Along with technological development, pregnant women can have a consultation about pregnancy using the website and mobile. It is not possible with the help of this technology is expected to greatly assist pregnant mothers to consult mainly using the mobile application system because this system is an application that can be used even when users move easily from one place to another without termination or interruption of communications.
