    Pengendalian Internal Persediaan Bahan Baku Penolong Pada PT Profab Indonesia

    This Final project aims to determine the application of internal control system about inventory on PT Profab Indonesia especially in te store or warehouse. The analytical method used is descriptive method with data from the company are weekly report of Weld and Factory Consumable (use the inventory), data Weld Consumable Request (coupon) and with the interview process. The analysis technique used was to evaluate the activity of internal control, implementation of internal control and procedures should preferably be performed company. The results showed that in the store it does not undergo internal control activities such as conducting document authorization system, the division of task and the others. Based on the result of study it can be concluded that the existing internal control of PT Profab Indonesia especially iin the store or warehouse did not go well and properly.

    Pengendalian Persediaan Pada Pt Batamindo Investment Cakrawala

    This final project aims to determine control of the supplies needed for the power plant in the Batamindo Industrial Park at PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala. Based on the results of research and interviews conducted by the author there are problems, namely the difference between recording in the finance section with a physical inventory in the warehouse. Therefore in this thesis the author decided to discuss about inventory control at PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala. Results of this study can be concluded that the control of the inventory at PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala has not gone well, there are concurrently functions, namely between the warehouse, receipt of goods and parts are still carried out by a single operator division is the division of power house which resulted in a lack of supervision of the stored inventory in warehouses, causing problems to the difference in recording made by the finance division of the physical inventory in the warehouse.
