Hi-Pot Tester Machine

Abstract

This research aim to create a machine that can test the leakage current and ground body on the coffe machine automatically. The test will be done by sequence diagram methode controlled by plc (Programmabel Logic Controller) with input of a sensor to detect the object and pneumatics of the cylinder also motor as the driver. Testing leakage current is done by connecting a certain voltage to thermoblock coffee machine and testing ground body by measuring the grounding resistance of the coffee machine. The results of this research engine can perform leakage current testing and ground on a coffee maker with a 100% success rate test of 30 products, based of data tested with the same product.
