| dc.description.abstract | This research aim to create a machine that can test the leakage current and ground body on the coffe machine automatically. The test will be done by sequence diagram methode controlled by plc (Programmabel Logic Controller) with input of a sensor to detect the object and pneumatics of the cylinder also motor as the driver. Testing leakage current is done by connecting a certain voltage to thermoblock coffee machine and testing ground body by measuring the grounding resistance of the coffee machine. The results of this research engine can perform leakage current testing and ground on a coffee maker with a 100% success rate test of 30 products, based of data tested with the same product. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstrak | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat mesin yang dapat menguji kebocoran arus dan ground bodi pada mesin kopi secara otomatis. Pengujian akan dilakukan dengan metode sequence diagram yang dikontrol oleh PLC (Progrrammabel Logic Controller) dengan input berupa sensor untuk mendeteksi benda dan output pneumatic silinder juga motor sebagai pengerak. Pengujian kebocoran arus dilakukan dengan cara menghubungkan tegangan tertentu ke termoblok mesin kopi dan pengujian ground bodi dengan cara mengukur resistansi grounding pada mesin kopi. Hasil penelitian ini mesin dapat melakukan pengujian kebocoran arus dan ground pada mesin pembuat kopi dengan tingkat keberhasilan tes 100% dari 30 produk, berdasarkan data yang diuji dengan produk yang sama. | en_US |
