dc.description.abstractThis research aims to find out: (1) influence the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour altruism towards organizational commitment (2) influences the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour civi virtue against the organizational commitment (3) influence the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour consientiousness against the organizational commitment (4) influence the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour courtesy towards organizational commitment (5) influence the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour sportmanship against organizational commitment (6) the extent to which influence the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour toward organizational commitment simultaneously. This research uses the technique of sampling-taking the overall number of saturated with the existing population is used as a sample that is as much as 61 employees NDVC (Non Direct Value Cost) on the PT X. Data collection methods used are questionnaire and data processing using the software SPSS 23 for windows V. The results showed that each of the independent variables provides a positive and significant influence towards organizational commitment but variable negative influence sportmanship and significantly to organizational commitment. Simultaneously, the influence of Orgnizational citizenship behaviour positively and significantly to the commitment of the organization.en_US
dc.description.abstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh pembentukan organizational citizenship behaviour altruism terhadap komitmen organisasi (2) pengaruh pembentukan organizational citizenship behaviour civi virtue terhadap komitmen organisasi (3) pengaruh pembentukan organizational citizenship behaviour consientiousness terhadap komitmen organisasi (4) pengaruh pembentukan organizational citizenship behaviour courtesy terhadap komitmen organisasi (5) pengaruh pembentukan organizational citizenship behaviour sportmanship terhadap komitmen organisasi (6) sejauh mana pengaruh pembentukan organizational citizenship behaviour terhadap komitmen organisasi secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh dengan keseluruhan jumlah populasi yang ada digunakan sebagai sampel yaitu sebanyak 61 orang karyawan NDVC (Non Direct Value Cost) pada PT X. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS V.23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel independent memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi namun variabel sportmanship memberikan pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Secara simultan, Orgnizational citizenship behaviour pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.en_US
