Abstract

Material control procedures play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of PCB materials; however, discrepancies between actual data and the BPCS system persist, resulting in variances. This study aims to identify issues and optimize procedures through the implementation of a PDCA-based mini-cycle. The methodology employed includes observation, interviews, and document analysis using the fishbone method. The results indicate that the mini-cycle approach successfully improves data accuracy, reduces errors and variances, and standardizes the procedures.
