Sumitomo Wiring Systems Batam Indonesia is a company engaged in Manufacturing that produces automotive wiring harnesses, Wiring Harnesses are a series consisting of a combination of several cables assembled into one unit, there are several components and clips depending on customer requests, to maintain the quality of the product needs an inspection process to ensure the quality of a product, Out dimensions are defects that often pass in the visual inspection process because the checking process still uses the Master wiring Harness sample where the size of the master wiring harness can change due to the length of time the master wiring harness has been used and other factors the detailed dimensions of the master wiring harness are not complete which can cause dimension out defects to pass the inspection process. therefore a Drawing wire harness (Harbest) was designed as a checking tool by inspectors where in this drawing some detailed sizes and details make it easy to check, Drawing wire harness (Harbest) has been successfully tested on Toyota Hiace products, Harbest can reduce Customer Claims (Dimension Out Defect) up to 100%, this inspection tool is made to overcome the problem of dimensional out defects that go through the Visual Inspection Process which causes No Good Wire Harness to reach the customer's hands
