Abstract
This research aims to know about the influence of Resource Management based
on ISO 9001:2008 of employee performance in administrative and managerial
sections. Administrative and managerial sections is a most important role in the
process to determining the company’s performance. Implementation of ISO
9001: 2008 based resource management such as management of human
resource, management of infrastructure, and management of working
environment are expected to improve the employee performance. The
respondents of this research are employees working in the administrative and
managerial sections of production, engineering, research and development,
document control, project, procurement and logistics, finance, IT, software
epicor, QC / QA, HSE and human resource development. From the results of
multiple regression, showed there was partially effect of management of human
resource variable in employee performance arround 0,199, there was partially
effect of management of infrastructure variable in employee performance
arround 0,217 and there was a partially effetc of management of working
environment variable in employee performance arround 0,293 in administrative
and managerial section of PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing.
