dc.description.abstractThis research aims to know about the influence of Resource Management based on ISO 9001:2008 of employee performance in administrative and managerial sections. Administrative and managerial sections is a most important role in the process to determining the company’s performance. Implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 based resource management such as management of human resource, management of infrastructure, and management of working environment are expected to improve the employee performance. The respondents of this research are employees working in the administrative and managerial sections of production, engineering, research and development, document control, project, procurement and logistics, finance, IT, software epicor, QC / QA, HSE and human resource development. From the results of multiple regression, showed there was partially effect of management of human resource variable in employee performance arround 0,199, there was partially effect of management of infrastructure variable in employee performance arround 0,217 and there was a partially effetc of management of working environment variable in employee performance arround 0,293 in administrative and managerial section of PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing.en_US
dc.description.abstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan manajemen sumber daya berbasis ISO 9001:2008 terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan pada bagian administrasi dan manajerial. Bagian administrasi dan manajerial merupakan bagian yang sangat berperan penting dalam proses menentukan kinerja perusahaan. Penerapan manajemen sumber daya berbasis ISO 9001:2008 seperti pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, pengelolaan prasarana dan pengelolaan lingkungan kerja diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian administrasi dan manajerial meliputi divisi production, technical, research and development, document control, project, procurement and logistic, finance, IT, epicor software, QC/QA, HSE dan human resource development. Dari hasil regresi berganda, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial pada variabel pengelolaan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan sebesar 0,199, kemudian pengaruh secara parsial pada variabel pengelolaan prasarana terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,217, dan pengaruh secara parsial pada variabel pengelolaan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,293 terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian administrasi dan manajerial PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing.en_US
