Abstract

Interactive multimedia is an electronic media that displays a text display, audio (sound) and images are packed with certain interactions. As for the processes in making Interactive Multimedia applications berbasisi Android with Drill and practice this is through the process of making a storyboard. Then, design applications on Corel Draw software, the next step is to create interactive multimedia products with Unity software, interactive multimedia applications that have been completed in the form of .unity and then exported to the Android SDK software to .apk then applied on Android. The general concept contained in the manufacture of Batam marine tourism applications is a work that aims to study the effectiveness of the use of interactive multimedia in promoting and providing information on marine tourism in the city of Batam. To determine the application is effective or not then performed the analysis and testing. In testing this interactive multimedia application using statistical hypothesis method. In testing the statistical hypothesis aims to decide whether to accept or reject the hypothesis. In testing the interactive multimedia application this type of effectiveness testing is done. From the effectiveness test, there were 30 respondents. From 30 respondents stated that the effectiveness level of augmented reality application is more than 85%. After conducting hypothesis testing according to the procedure it is concluded that the application can be used by the user without any difficulty and the application proved effective more than 85%.
