| dc.description.abstract | This research is about the leadership style and motivation that influence the performance of employees. The leadership style was assessed by two characteristics , namely : Follower Belief Questionnaire and Attributes of Leader Behavior Questionnaire and the motivation and performance of employees assessed as a whole depends on the theory used. After testing the hypothesis by using SPSS 17, following the results of the hypothesis: There is a positive and significant impact on employee performance leadership style and there is no a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance. Each variable was tested in one by one, using a simple linear analysis. With the leadership style of the company is very influential on the performance of an employe , but motivation does not affect the performance of the employee. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstrak | Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi yang pengaruh dengan kinerja karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan dinilai dengan 2 karakteristik, yaitu: Follower Belief Questionnaire dan Attributes of Leader Behavior Questionnaire. Sedangkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan dinilai secara keseluruhan tergantung dari teori yang digunakan. Setelah melakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 17,berikut hasil hipotesisnya: Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Masing-masing variabel diuji secara satu persatu, dengan menggunakan analisis linier sederhana. Dengan gaya kepemimpinan dari perusahaan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja seorang karyawan, tetapi motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. | en_US |
