This study aims to analyze the effect of XT 30M laser marking machine parameters on the marking quality of Tryfolyte material, a multilayer plastic composite used for industrial labels. The methodology involves varying key parameters—laser power, scanning speed, pulse frequency, and focus—and evaluating the results based on clarity, sharpness, contrast, and surface condition through visual inspection. The results demonstrate that scanning speed is the most critical factor for material integrity. Low speeds (500 mm/s) cause heat accumulation and surface defects, whereas high speeds (1000 mm/s) minimize the heat affected zone to deliver sharp lines. The optimal parameter combination is identified at a scanning speed of 1000 mm/s, 50% laser power, and 20 kHz pulse frequency, producing clean, high-contrast, and residue free markings that meet industrial identification standards.
