dc.description.abstractVocational High School 1 Batam wants to get ISO 9001:2015 certificates to improve their management quality. Before they submit the certification process, they already exists the application and examine the implementation of quality management to know how far they make it good and they can get the certificate. This case uses GAP analysis checklist to analyze the level of quality management’s implementation. This analysis use some indicators, to know the obstacles in this quality management’s implementation the researcher do some interview with every head representative in the school. The results show that the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system is already good. The presentation show that the clause 8 is the lowest value with 86.86% acquisition, and the highest presentation is clause 10 with 98.67% acquisition. The main obstacle is because of the less comprehension about the new procedural and not maximal performance is done by kind of individual. School has to give more attention and intense for controlling the performance to correct the quality management system and the certification works well.en_US
dc.description.abstrakSMK Negeri 1 Batam ingin memperoleh sertifikat ISO 9001:2015 untuk meningkatkan mutu manajemen. Sebelum mengajukan proses sertifikasi, sekolah sudah melakukan penerapan dan sedang dikaji pelaksanaan sistem manajemen mutunya agar proses sertifikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik sehingga sertifikat dapat diperoleh. Untuk menganalisis tingkat penerapan sistem manajemen mutu di perusahaan digunakan metode GAP analysis checklist. Analisis ini menggunakan beberapa indikator. Selanjutnya dilakukan wawancaraz terhadap tiap Wakil Kepala yang menjabat di sekolah untuk mengetahui kendala dalam penerapan sistem manajemen mutu. Hasil GAP analysis checklist menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaaan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 di sekolah sudah sangat baik. Persentase penilaian menunjukkan bahwa klausul 8 menjadi klausul dengan nilai terendah dengan perolehan nilai 86.86%, sedangkan persentase tertinggi ada pada klausul 10 dengan perolehan nilai 98.67%. kendala utama yang dialami sekolah adalah tingkat pemahaman penerapan sistem yang baru masih kurang dan tidak maksimalnya kinerja beberapa individu. Sekolah harus lebih intens untuk mengawasi kinerja tiap unit untuk memperbaiki sistem manajemen mutunya agar proses sertifikasi dapat berjalan lancar.en_US
