Abstract

Observations of atmospheric data is an integral part of the research activities in fields related to weather and climate, it also needed a technology that can measure the value of greenhouse gas in the atmosphere, therefore required observation of atmospheric parameters and measurement of greenhouse gas with the actual circumstances / realtime. One of the ways that can be done to measure the value of the atmosphere and greenhouse gas by doing measurements vertically using radiosonde atmospheric balloon payload that is. Radiosonde will be flown in a balloon containing helium gas and can immediately retrieve data and then send it to the surface (Groundsegment) in realtime. radiosonde using radio signals for sending data, the recommended radio waves used in indonesia namely frequency 433 MHz. The results of experiments conducted radiosonde that is able to retrieve and send data to Groundsegment properly.
