dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to describe and analyse the efectivity of training method for employe technical skill development that has given by PT. McDermott Indonesia to their production employees. This training method has given and used to measuring how far the technical skill has develop as long the employee working at PT. McDermott Indonesia. This research is explanatory research and using path analysis method conducted in the Department of Craft Training Centre PT. McDermott Indonesia amounting to 115 respondents. Data collected directly by kuesioner, interview and observation at PT. McDermott Indonesia. The results showed the influence of effectiveness on the job training and off the job training partially effect significantly to job satisfaction; effectiveness on the job training to the development of technical skill has no effect in a significant way; the effectiveness of off the job training towards the development of technical skill significantly influential; on the job training, off the job training and job satisfaction simultaneously effect significantly towards the development of technicall skills. | en_US |
dc.description.abstrak | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan yang diberikan oleh PT. McDermott Indonesia untuk meningkatkan pengembangan technical skill yang dimiliki karyawan khususnya bagian produksi. Pemberian metode pelatihan tersebut dapat mengukur sejauh mana perkembangan teknik karyawan selama bekerja di PT. Mcdermott Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis jalur yang dilakukan di PT. McDermott Indonesia yang berjumlah 115 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi secara langsung di perusahaan PT. McDermott Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh efektivitas on the job training dan off the job training secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; efektivitas on the job training terhadap pengembangan technical skill tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan; efektivitas off the job training terhadap pengembangan technical skill berpengaruh secara signifikan; on the job training, off the job training dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan technicall skill. | en_US |
