| dc.description.abstract | Majors is one of the problems faced by the students in Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Batam. Many students who do not fit in choosing courses that lead to a variety of obstacles in the process of learning one of which is a decrease of achievement. In this case one right solution to reduce the problems majors amid technological development is to build a decision support system as the TOPSIS method of calculation. This system uses the programming language PHP and Mysql as database and apply in Madrasah Aliyah Batam. TOPSIS method is based on the criterion value of report cards, test scores interests, aptitude test scores, and the value of intelligence tests, while stages TOPSIS method is to make a decision matrix that is normalized, weighted normalized decision matrix, the matrix determines the positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution, determine anatara distance matrix value of each alternative with positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution, as well as determining the preference value for each alternative. Decision support system has been created and is able to assist in the placement of students and also be more optimal and more time efficient. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstrak | Penjurusan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para siswa pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Batam. Banyak siswa yang tidak sesuai dalam memilih jurusan yang menyebabkan beragam kendala dalam proses belajarnya salah satunya adalah penurunan prestasi. Dalam hal ini salah satu solusi tepat untuk mengurangi permasalahan penjurusan ditengah perkembangan teknologi adalah membangun sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS sebagai perhitungannya. Sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan Mysql sebagai database dan menerapkan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Batam. Metode TOPSIS ini berdasarkan kriteria nilai raport, nilai tes minat, nilai tes bakat, dan nilai tes intelegensi, adapun tahapan-tahapan metode TOPSIS yaitu membuat matriks keputusan yang ternormalisasi, matriks keputusan ternormalisasi terbobot, menentukan matriks solusi ideal positif dan solusi ideal negatif, menentukan jarak anatara nilai setiap alternatif dengan matriks solusi ideal positif dan solusi ideal negatif, serta menentukan nilai preferensi untuk setiap alternatif. Sistem pendukung keputusan telah dibuat dan mampu membantu proses penjurusan siswa dan juga dilakukan lebih optimal dan waktu lebih efisien. | en_US |
