Abstract

The implementation of robotic soldering technology in the electronics manufacturing industry aims to improve precision, consistency, and productivity compared to manual soldering. This research was conducted to analyze the quality of robotic soldering results through X-ray inspection at PT PCI Elektronik Internasional Batam. The objective is to identify process factors that cause soldering results to deviate from the company’s quality standards.
