Item Analisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Professional Technology Specialist(2024-07-25) Zukni; Hidayat, RahmatTujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data Primer (kuesioner) dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Professional Technology Specialist yang berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Non-Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa pelatihan kerja, Budaya organisasi dan Lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Item Analisis Perbandingan Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Periodic Order Quantity (POQ), dan Min-Max dalam Pengendalian Persediaan Semen di CV XYZ(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024) Lumbantobing, Martha Olga Octaviani; Hidayat, RahmatPengendalian persediaan menjadi salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi CV XYZ. CV XYZ merupakan sebuah usaha atau bisnis retail yang bergerak dalam penjualan alat dan bahan bangunan. Hingga saat ini, CV XYZ belum menerapkan metode pengendalian persediaan yang terstruktur sehingga kelebihan pembelian semen yang mengakibatkan biaya simpan tinggi serta kekurangan stok yang menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pelanggan dan potensi penurunan penjualan sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi metode yang paling sesuai dan optimal untuk diterapkan di CV XYZ guna mengoptimalkan pengendalian persediaan dan meminimalkan total biaya persediaan semen. Metode pengendalian persediaan yang umumnya digunakan dalam industri retail dan manufaktur, yakni metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Periodic Order Quantity (POQ), dan Min-Max. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perbandingan ketiga metode pengendalian persediaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, metode EOQ merupakan metode yang paling tepat untuk diterapkan di CV XYZ karena menghasilkan total biaya persediaan yang paling minimum dan optimal. Metode-metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dapat memperluas pemahaman baru dalam optimalisasi pengendalian persediaan dan efisiensi operasional di berbagai industri.Item PERILAKU IMPULSE BUYING DIKALANGAN PEMBELI WANITA DI SHOPEE : EFEK DARI PRICE, HEDONIC SHOPPING MOTIVATION, UTILITARIAN SHOPPING MOTIVATION DAN PROMOSI(2024-07-25) Hutagaol, Yunita Kristin; Hidayat, RahmatThis study aims to analyze impulse buying behavior among female shoppers in the Shopee application: the effects of price, hedonic shopping motivation, utilitarian shopping motivation, and promotion. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. respondents, as many as 407 people were randomly selected from active female users in the Shopee application throughout Indonesia. The results of this study state that Hedonic Shopping Motivation (HSM) and Promotion have a positive and significant influence on Impulse Buying in female Shopee users, while Price and Utilitarian Shopping Motivation (USM) have a negative and insignificant influence on Impulse Buying (IB) in female Shopee users. This study proves that impulse buying behavior among female shoppers at Shopee can be influenced by hedonic motivation and promotions when shopping at Shopee and is not too concerned with the products purchased as needed and the price offered is appropriate when shopping.Item THE INFLUENCE OF MARKETING MIX AND SERVICE QUALITY THROUGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY INDOMARET BATAM CITY(2024-07-24) Putriyani, Novta; Hidayat, RahmatIndomaret Batam City is the target of this study, which aims to assess the influence of marketing mix and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty. One hundred people participated in this survey. Partial Least Square (PLS) technique was used to analyze the primary data obtained through the survey. Customer satisfaction is positively and significantly affected by the marketing mix but has no significant impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Service quality also shows a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. In addition, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, while the marketing mix does not show a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.Item THE INFLUENCE OF TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THE ROLE OF MOTIVATION AS A VARIABLE INTERVENING AT PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama Batam Region. The population of this study were employees of the Circleka Indonesia Utama shop in the Batam Region. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this research uses path analysis using Smart PLS Version 4 software.
