Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out Analysis results from training and career development whether or not they influence employee performance: The role of motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama Batam Region. The population of this study were employees of the Circleka Indonesia Utama shop in the Batam Region. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this research uses path analysis using Smart PLS Version 4 software. The results of this research show that this is related 1) Training (X1) influences employee performance (Y) 2)Career Development (X2) has no effect on Employee Performance (Y) 3)Training (X1) has no effect on Motivation (Z) 4)Career development influences motivation 5)Training (X) influences employee performance (Y) which is mediated by motivation (Z) 6) PIt isCareer development (X2) influences employee performance (Y) which is mediated by motivation (Z).
