    Pengaruh Organizational Justice, Employee Engagement dan Work life balance terhadap Employee Turnover Intention Generasi Y pada PT XYZ

    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud mengetahui pengaruh dari organizational justice, employee engagement, dan work life balance terhadap employee turnover intention generasi Y pada PT XYZ. Fokus dalam penelitian merupakan generasi Y pekerja PT XYZ berjenis kelamin laki-laki ataupun perempuan dengan rentang usia 25 – 42 tahun dan masa kerja >1 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas dengan teknik purposive sampling melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 150 responden yang diolah menggunakan SPSS Statistics V25. Temuan atau hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organizational justice dan employee engagement berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap employee turnover intention dan work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee turnover intention generasi Y. Temuan lainnya juga menunjukkan bahwa organizational justice, employee engagement, dan work life balance secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap employee turnover intention generasi Y pada PT XYZ

    The Influence of Customer Experience, Service Quality and Product Variations on Repurchase Intention in Mixue Ice Cream and Tea Products in Batam City

    This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of Customer Experience, Service Quality and Product Variation on Repurchase Intention for Mixue Ice Cream & Tea products in Batam City. To explain the position of the variables studied and the relationships between these variables, this research uses a quantitative approach. This research utilized primary data collected from 100 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. Samples were taken from consumers who had purchased Mixue products at least 5 times in the last 3 months. Using the SmartPLS version 4.0 tool, a data analysis approach was applied to evaluate the research instrument by going through the stages of assessing the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that there is a significant relationship between the influence of customer experience on repurchase intention, service quality has a significant influence on repurchase intention, while product variety does not have a significant influence on repurchase intention. The implications of the results of this research indicate that Mixue outlets, especially those located around Batam City, must maintain good service so that consumers continue to have a positive experience and maintain a strong impression when consumers buy the product again. And there is a need to improve the product variety aspect, namely by promoting with clearer visual communication, product descriptions and sample offers that are easy to understand to help customers understand the product better.

    DESIGN E-CATALOGUE INFORMATION SYSTEM AS PROMOTIONAL MEDIA AT PT. XYZ

    This study aims to design an e-catalogue information system as a promo-tional media for PT. XYZ using the waterfall method. The system is de-signed to facilitate e-catalogue design and product data management, there-by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of product promotion. System testing was conducted using the blackbox equivalence partitioning method with PT. XYZ's management and beta testing involving 74 respondents, in-cluding experts in information technology, digital marketing specialists, and potential consumers. The test results show that the developed e-catalogue system meets user needs in terms of ease of use, clarity of infor-mation, and efficiency in e-catalogue design. With this system, PT. XYZ is expected to become more competitive in the market and boost product sales..

    Analysis of Service Quality Using the Servqual Method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) at PT. XYZ

    The data shows a significant number of consumers canceling their home unit purchases in 2023, which has become a serious concern for PT. XYZ. In the highly competitive market of Batam with 70 developers, service quality is key to maintaining a competitive edge. This study aims to measure customers' expectations and perceptions of the service and identify the gap between them using the Servqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results indicate a discrepancy between customer expectations and perceptions of the service quality provided. Based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Cartesian diagram, several service quality attributes are classified as very low, and improvements will be made in these areas. The researchers suggest that PT. XYZ should pay more attention to the quality of service provided to customers and focus on improving the reliability and responsiveness dimensions.

    PERANCANGAN MODEL BISNIS STARTUP LAYANAN PENYEDIA JASA APLIKASI PERPAJAKAN (PJAP) POLIBATAM MELALUI BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS

    Penelitian ini berfokus untuk merancang model bisnis bagi start-up Layanan Penyedia Jasa Aplikasi Perpajakan (PJAP) Polibatam. PJAP Polibatam adalah sebuah startup yang berorientasi pada pendidikan perpajakan dan menciptakan aplikasi pelaporan pajak versi edukasi pertama dan satu-satunya di Indonesia. Sebagai bisnis yang baru, PJAP Polibatam perlu beradaptasi agar dapat bersaing dan berjalan dalam jangka panjang. Oleh karena itu, studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang model bisnis startup PJAP Polibatam dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, data yang diperoleh melalui desk research, validasi pasar, dan wawancara. Kemudian dilakukan analisis SWOT, Four Action Framework, dan analisis Five Forces Porter. Startup PJAP Polibatam memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pendidikan perpajakan di Indonesia. Dengan visi dan misi yang kuat, serta dukungan dari pihak terkait, Startup ini memiliki peluang untuk menjadi pelopor dan pemimpin dalam penyedia aplikasi perpajakan versi edukasi alat bantu pembelajaran perpajakan yang inovatif dan efektif. Validasi pasar menunjukkan adanya minat dan kebutuhan institusi pendidikan akan aplikasi perpajakan versi edukasi.
