    The number of activities or business units managed by Koperasi Polibatam definitely requires suitably staff so that all activities can be managed well. In addition, Koperasi Polibatam also keeps facilities production sharing system or called Time Results of Operations (SHU) each end of the year. So the application is to solve problems or activities in managing Koperasi Polibatam well and easy. This application was created to help Koperasi Polibatam in managing all business units. It is, to produce management reports corporately. Development and integration of applications are made based on four existing applications. In this development and integration there are two applications, website based and desktop based applications. This application uses PHP and Visual Basic 6.0 as a language programming and MySQL as data storage.

    Organization needs a database as data storage media. Database is very important for the organization. The Develope process of database was divided into 4 stages: requirements analysis, ER design, relational schema, and create DBMS using SQL language. When creating ER design stage and then convert the diagram to a relational schema will need a long process and this procedure may be possible cause many human error. There are several applications to design the databases, such as Power Designer and Microsoft Visio. Both of two applications above can be used to draw the ER design, but can not directly convert into a relational schema. So Applications was made for Modeling Database, the specification are it can draw ER design than directly converting to relational schema. The application can handle half from all 4 proccess to design the databases. After implementation of the application, that applications can be used to draw the ER design, and then it can be converted into a relational schema, and then it can directly translate into SQL query and running in DBMS.

    The development of science and technology higher and extensive information, including to all corners of the village. Population data management activities in the village was also charged fatherly apply infofrmasi technology. E-Village can solve the problem, E-Village is a web-based application that can manage demographic data as well as providing administrative services such as creating a rural population of Death Certificate, Birth Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Certificate of Business and Certificate of others. Besides E-Village also provides registration services to request identity cards, family cards and birth certificates so that helps the speed and quality of rural services. In this report on the method of analysis described the design of program developed by the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Testing methods in the process of testing the system using the method Blackbox Testing researchers. E-application development in the village woke up with some tools such as programming languages PHP, CSS and MySQL database addressable pembangnan. Then it can be concluded that the contribution of the E-Village system can maximize the management of administrative data on population including the manufacture of various kinds of certificate.

    Health services especially for midwife is very important. During this time to managing of patient‟s data, patient‟s data schedule, and also the results of patients check up are still recorded in handwriting, making it less efficient and hassle. Information technology that currently very popular and used effectively by many people today is the website. With use the web programming and database system integrated with SMS, users can perform data management effectively and efficiently. In this project designed an applications prenatal visit and notification for schedule visit through a web-based SMS. The goal project can make for the facilitate midwives in managing pregnancy visit. With the implementation of this application, the midwife can perform prenatal visit with efficient management, and can provide information visit schedule in the form SMS to the mobile number of each patient, and remind patients about schedule visit.
