    State Elementary School 002 Tembesi is one of the first elementary school in Batam. However there still many data processing in this elementary school that’s still using convensional method. This research is made too build an information system that can made checking student grade report more easier. This application have feature input and sharing student grade report, absen report and announcement from school. Because with web-based make the information can be access anywhere and any time where there is a divise that have access to internet. This application used by multiuser. Admin, teacher and parents can access the system. With this multiuser feature parents can be more active to monitor student progress in studing activity.

    The purpose of final project is to solve problem of tests that are done offline and manually. The final project developed previous research that had been done by Januardi and Jonathan RK using procedural design. The first step is to analysis the features of previous research. Then do the identify of the proposed system. Next do the analysis, design, implementation and object- based testing. The research proved that the developed application was general application online exam with passing model based value and quota.

    Sistem Informasi Jadwal Kuliah Personal Berbasis Website

    Website is the one of the most effective media to distribute information. Almost all institutions such as universities have a website to distribute information. One of them can be personal schedule information system, which every student and lecturer can see each of their schedule, without having to waste paper to printing. Polytechnic Batam are the one to use as a study case of this information system, which their student and college from informatics engineering departement have become a sampled. Testing begins with registering student and lecture as well as check whether the schedule is suitable or not. The results show that this personal schedule information system has been running well according to the function.

    Data Warehouse Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru

    Admission committee of Polytechnic Batam accepts new students. Data revenue is accumulated each year, and the problem of presenting the information fast and exciting. Technology of data warehouse and On Line Analysis Processing (OLAP) can manage the stack data and present it to assist the decision making process. The purpose of this study was to build a data warehouse and OLAP operations, and build applications to visualize the results of OLAP operations. The data used is the data in a single year PMB. Star schema of the data warehouse consists of one fact and five dimensions. Analyzed data from a data warehouse with OLAP operations. OLAP applications built with PHP programming language and web-based so that data access becomes faster. The results of data exploration Polytechnic Batam through this web are presented in graphical form a fast and exciting.

    Current education has grown in line with technological developments. With this development is expected to make the community and young people with advanced and educated vision. But it all depends on how to take advantage of technological developments to support the existing learning system. Some of the results of technological developments now such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks, and other gadgets that can easily access various information on the internet wherever we are, making it one of today's mobile information media that can be used as a medium of learning. In the current learning system, all kinds of material given to students are generally still in textbook form. This leads to the management of learning materials by teachers or educators limited by the content of books and forms of information in books that are mostly text and some descriptors. However, by utilizing the gadgets that exist today, the form of information from the subject matter not only in the form of text in textbooks, but also in the form of documents, video and audio. In addition, addressing the ability of gadgets in communicating such as chat, video call, etc., opens opportunities for discussion among students, as the discussion is one of the learning methods. Therefore it is necessary that learning applications that can run on android operating system for gadget-gagdet above (mobile learning) that has an attractive appearance for students / students with good learning material management and able to facilitate discussion activities among students / students who use it.
