    Pengaruh On The Job Training Terhadap Keterampilan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Cladtek BI Metal Manufacturing Batam

    One training method that is widely used in various companies are on the job training, namely workplace instructor training, apprenticeship, coaching, and temporary assignments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of each variable, job training instructor (X1), internships (X2), coaching (X3), and temporary assignment (X4) against the working skills of employees (Y) on PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing. Samples numbered 83 people. Research data collection techniques are documentation and questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Results of this study are variable instructor training work and significant positive effect on employees' skills. Variable assignment while also positive and significant impact on employees' skills. As for the variable internships and coaching do not have a significant and positive effect on employee job skills PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing. Figures Adjusted R Square of 0.806 indicates that 80.6% of employees work skills can be explained by four independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 19.4% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

    Pengaruh Kompensasi Langsung dan Kompensasi Tidak Langsung Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sat Nusapersada Tbk. BATAM

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi departemen PT. Sat Nusapersada Tbk. Batam secara parsial dan simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 132 responden dari produksi departemen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolinieritas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi t dan uji siginifikansi f. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Software Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 20. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan hasil analisisnya dapat diketahui bahwa kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara bersama-sama (simultan) kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
