From the survey results, the companies can measure how the customer rating to the company based on the topic of a questionnaire that filled out by customers. Generally, company pays a vendor to conduct a questionnaire survey, of course this is not effective because the company will issue a big expense, and for the vendor will require time and energy in collecting respondent’s data until the making of questionnaires completed. Therefore, it’s required an application maker online questionnaire that can help the companies, especially Internet Service Provider (ISP) in making the questionnaire directly and get the answer directly from the respondent without the role of vendors. With this ISP Online Application Questionnaire Generator, problems in making the questionnaire such expenses to pay a vendor in making the questionnaire and also time in the processing of questionnaires can be solved. The final project developed previous research that had been done by Januardi and Jonathan RK using procedural design. The first step is to analysis the features of previous research. Then do the identify of the proposed system. Next do the analysis, design, implementation and object- based testing. The other problem is the people not accustomed to do online ticket reservation and the old system mostly in a big scale. So, it is seem make them confuse. To face that problems writer try to build a simple reservation system that provide facility to reserve ticket online. This system made by using HTML, PHP and MySQL database. That can be used for purposesItem Kontrol Kecepatan Fan dan Monitoring Online Suhu pada Rak Server Politeknik Negeri Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2013) Murinto, Murinto; Wikanta, PrasajaThe temperature on a rack server becomes very important to know and guarded condition that the computer used as a server to function properly. If a computer is the maximum temperature the process will stop working or stalled processes. Meanwhile, the computer designated as the server is required to stay alive for a long time, and therefore needed a tool to control the temperature on a normal computer Using an Arduino microcontroller, sensor DS18B20 as temperature detector and Fan with Infrared Sensor and Photodiode Sensor, the state of a server rack will be able to read the temperature and then the temperature is controlled using PID control for became normal temperature with the fan rotation. Then the temperature and fan speeds of data can also be accessed online on a website for the purpose of monitoring the temperature conditions in rack servers and offline at the interface created with Visual Basic.NET. The data from the microcontroller will be stored on the database server utilizing Visual Basic.NET as a communications intermediary microcontroller to the computer and make the computer as a server connected to the internet and send data to a php file on the Web server (TerimaData.php). Results from this final project is a tool that serves to control the temperature and can be monitored via the internet or offline manner, namely by looking interface that has been created using VB.NET and can also store temperature data in a certain time on the Database server.
